Dr. Jose Nadine Garcon

JNG Health Network began servicing the South Florida Community in 2007, under the leadership of Dr. Jose Nadine Garcon. Since then, a vast number of children, adolescents, and adults have had outstanding mental health treatments, through evaluations, consultations, court representations, and mental health therapy. Dr. Garcon’s proficiency with the Haitian and Hispanic Population is instrumental in centering the offices in the Hialeah and North Lauderdale communities.
 
Current goal and interest is to continue with providing the South Florida Community with Quality Therapeutic Services.

 

 

 

 

SharonSharon Joseph
Administrative Supervisor
 
Sharon joined the JNG team in May 2021 as the Billing Specialist after 30 years of experience working with other administrative teams in the medical field to include companies such as Smith Klein Beecham clinical Lab, Sheridan Health Corp and MCB Collection Services. Sharon loves accounting, money management, billing, and collecting. Her primary role is processing all billing timely and accurately. Sharon is always ready to resolve any challenges with payment and difficulties with third party payers such as the insurance companies.

Sharon is from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago and loves outdoor activities and hanging out at the beach. Her goals are to be respectful, patient, listen with compassion and assist all clients with their billing needs for the services rendered.

MarianMarianpaola Chacon, BSW
Administrative Assistant
 
Marianpaola is a social work professional currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Florida State University. She is interested in supporting individuals through compassion, and client-centered work while continuing to build her knowledge and experience within the mental health and social work.

Marianpaola began her journey at JNG Health after acquiring internship experience with the Office of Withdrawal services at Florida State University in which she provided students with support navigating their college career. This experience provided exposure to working with students from many different backgrounds during challenging circumstances. This requires the skill of knowing how to communicate with and help students navigate their situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

At JNG Health, Marianpaola aspires to enhance her knowledge of the administrative cornerstone of private practice. She aspires to provide excellent customer service experiences to all individuals seeking mental health care. Marianpaola will address all client administrative matters with care, compassion, and precision using her clinical skills.

Marianpaola is of Nicaraguan and Guatemalan descent. Outside of school and work, she enjoys reading and listening to music. Per Marianpaola, “Let me make the administrative process stress free so you can focus on your health and healing”

CherrieCherrie James
Billing Specialist
 
Cherrie has been a JNG Health team member since December of 2025. Prior to that, she played a very instrumental role in assisting her husband manage his construction business. This speaks to her wealth of experience in management, bookkeeping, billing and claims. Cherrie is fully aware of the value of good customer service and prioritizing the client’s needs. Cherrie describes herself as a complex problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She has been working in costumer service since 1998.

Cherrie is from the twin islands Trinidad & Tobago . She describes herself as a cool, down-to-earth person. She enjoys reading, swimming, traveling, cooking, and gardening.

SuzieSuzette (Suzie) Lafontant
Administrative Support Staff
 
Suzie Joined the JNG Health Team with a wealth of experience working for various medical offices, wellness centers, healing facilities, and optical centers as an office coordinator, medical assistant, and receptionist. She has over 25 years of experience providing excellent customer service to a diverse population ranging from children to the elderly.

Suzie was front and center in assisting patients with COVID vaccinations and follow-up care. As a private duty Certified Nursing Assistant, Suzie also provided daily living and nursing care to individuals with chronic diseases and medical needs. As a teacher’s assistant, Suzie worked with 3rd and 5th graders helping them with their academic and social needs. She Joined JNG Health to continue with providing quality customer care to those in need.

Suzie was born in Jeremie, Haiti, and has been living in South Florida since her late adolescence. Suzie is part of the culturally diverse community of South Florida and fully understands the importance of providing the level of customer care needed to this very unique cultural blend of individuals. Suzie enjoys dancing, listening to music, traveling to different countries, and hosting events for friends and family.

Suzie will prioritize your need for all of the mental health services provided by JNG Health while maintaining a friendly, caring, and welcoming aura. You will be provided with supportive and empathetic customer care.
