SergoSergo Marc, Ph.D.
Psychology Resident

 
Dr. Marc completed his Ph.D. in psychology, conducting research in various aspects of family functioning and parenting. He has joined the JNG Health Team to build onto his clinical skills and expertise, providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Mark has considerable experience working in hospital behavioral health units and outpatient clinic settings. This includes conducting diagnostic evaluations, structured clinical interviewing, and therapeutic interventions.
 
Dr. Marc is trained on various evidence based techniques for anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as trauma and stressor related conditions, and behavioral dysregulation. Interventions of proficiency include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, behavioral interventions, emotional regulation training, problem solving therapy, and supportive therapy.
 
Dr. Marc has experience mentoring psychology students and facilitating clinical case discussions in academic and training environments.
 
Dr. Marc is from the island of Haiti and on his spare time, he enjoys spending with his children and family.
